All of our products are wrapped and labelled displaying a full list of ingredients, including a best before date. All of our products may contain nuts even where nuts are not listed in specific ingredient content labels. This is because all confectionery made here at The Fudge Factory is handmade and produced on the same premises as certain items containing nuts. Nuts are a named ingredient in some of our products.

* Cherries. These contain; Acidity regulator E330, Pres E202, colour E127
* Chocolate flavour contains; hydrogenated palm kernel oil, cocoa powder, whey powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin and permitted flavours.
* Our products do contain gluten (wheat)
* We do not use sorbitol
* Our products are suitable for diabetic people. The Diabetic Society advise that a small amount of our confectionery is acceptable.
